How to Return

    Contact Us Within 14 Days

    Email vaguoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

    Receive Return Instructions

    Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.

    Send Your Item

    Package your item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Refund Processed

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email vaguoffice@gmail.com with your order number and the size you require. Subject to availability.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be in their original condition — free from odours, marks, or signs of wear.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Received a Damaged Item?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and email vaguoffice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as a priority — at no cost to you.
