Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with VAGU Global LTD. By purchasing from vagu.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

VAGU Global LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16928016), incorporated in December 2025. References to “VAGU”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to VAGU Global LTD.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

7. Consumer Rights

As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on vagu.co.uk is the intellectual property of VAGU Global LTD and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAGU Global LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
